Refund Policy

Please be guided accordingly in relation to our Refund Policy

Once your booking has been paid and confirmed, Power Line Awareness Training will issue an invoice receipt. In the event that refund is requested, please read the guide information below. Only Power Line Awareness Training management will determine if you qualify for a full refund.

Refund can be possible if:

  • An email, letter or phone call has been received by “US” indicating your cancellation to go ahead with the course.
    • Individual Trainees
      • Cancellation request must be received before the day of training.
    • Business or Group Training
      • Cancelation request must be received two (2) Days before training is to commence

Refund is not possible if :

  • Non-attendance
  • Failure to complete the training
  • Failure of Notification within designated time frame
